Urban space
We hear a lot about land buy outs and community takeovers in the countryside, but what about the urban situation. The land is as important to people in the city as it is anywhere else. With the ever increasing rise in car culture, motorways and building development it is becoming even more important. We can’t wait until there is no urban space left before we start thinking about it. Urban space and it’s use in designing our environment, like architecture, is not taught in school – but is seen as a vocation, yet the importance to our mental as well as physical well being can be related very much to our environment.
