Greenock harbour is part of Greenock’s common good. Most in greenock seem to be in agreement about this – even the council whose job it is to look after common good assets for the benefit of the towns inhabitants. So why isn’t the Greenock council doing their job?
Two people have been fighting for this part of Greenock’s common good for 15 years. It is probably one of the worst infringements of common good of law in Scotland.
