Things to do
The most important thing that needs done is that we use our initiative. Imagination and encouragement to make people feel involved is what hopefully will drive this project – and that will have to come from as many directions as possible.
We are looking for projects and ideas that form the “social glue” that can help to change the circumstances that can help communities grow. When people get breathing space they know what to do. They do not need others to tell them. It is important that the energy put into this project supports this aim.
You could help this project – or get the project to help you to set up something in your area by thinking about the skills you have or are available:
Survey your councilors to find there opinions on the common good -

If you have a mailing list you could use it to spread news.
Do you know a journalist, media person, people with contacts.
Do a survey of you local area – collect photographs, audio
Write to the press
Be a surrogate blogger
Workshops in IT design, writing, radio
Cartoons, animation, graphics
The list could be endless but what we need are your ideas. What you would like to do – need help with – and want to help with.
If you are interested in taking or want to do a workshop, or have any idea. Be good to hear from you. We will find jobs for everybody. Any craft under the sun. Knitting to building boats. Helping with day to day (the most important) tasks
